Loan Vehicles & Drop Off Courtesy Service (within the city centre)As part of our commitment to delivering the very best in customer service, we have loan cars available for your use when you are getting your vehicle serviced with us. At the time of making your booking, you can secure one of these vehicles to minimise disruption to your day. We highly recommend you book about two weeks in advance as our loan cars tend to get booked out quickly.
For your convenience, we also offer a courtesy drop off service within the Christchurch central city area. If you prefer to wait while your vehicle is being attended, we have a comfortable customer waiting area for you to relax in and enjoy complementary tea and coffee.

Diagnostics
At Paul Kelly Service Centre, we are fully equipped with state-of-the-art vehicle diagnostic equipment with numerous scan tools and oscilloscope for advanced electronic diagnosis and fault finding. Our team of specially trained and highly skilled technicians continue to learn about the latest automotive technology, regularly attending training courses to keep up to date with the latest developments.
Our advanced vehicle servicing equipment provides us with the capability to offer servicing and repairs on all cars, regardless of make, model or age.
To provide an even better service for our customers, we have designated technicians that focus solely on customer vehicles. This leaves the rest of the technicians to concentrate on our internal and pre-sales servicing. Our workshop will also carry out cam-belt checks for our clients.
